Djerdap National Park is located in south-eastern Europe, in the northeastern part of Serbia, on the border with Romania. 

Along the Danube’s right bank, on a 100 kilometer stretch from Golubac Fortress to castrum Diana Karataš, the National Park encompasses a narrow forested mountain area, two to eight kilometers in width, reaching 50 to 800 meters above sea level. 

In the surroundings you can visit the remains of a Roman camp and Golubacki Grad Fortress. There are many marked walking paths and it is also possible to rent a bike. Visitors can observe birds and the vicinity of the Danube can be used for fishing, boating, as well as for various water sports.

U okolini kampa postoje brojne obeležene pešačke staze od strane NP Đerdap. To su pešačke staze na vidikovac Ploče, zatim najviši vrh u NP Đerdapu Veliki Štrbac odakle se pruža pogled ka Malom i Velikom kazanu, gde je najuži Dunav (140m) i dubine preko 90m, zatim staza Bosman - Sokolovac. Sve ove staze moraju se obilaziti sa rendžerom iz NP jer prolaze kroz prvu zonu zaštite. Sve staze su propisno i kvalitetno obeležene. Oko kampa postoje staze sa šumskim putevima na kojima se može uživati u predivnoj prirodi NP Đerdap. Planiramo da i neke staze obeležimo u blizini (Imamo staru vodenicu na oko 2km od nas, zatim selo Radenka oko 12 km, pa ostaci starog keltskog grada, i par vidikovaca. Kampiralište poseduje mokri čvor, odvojen muški i ženski toalet, tri tuš kabine, sudopere za pranje posuđa, lavaboe, kamin za pripremu roštilja sa  delom za pripremu hrane, uz mogućnost korišćenja i kompletne kuhinje.

• Distance from the camping site to the neighboring villages Brnjice and Dobra is about 6km, and to Golubac about 17km, suitable for all kind of supplies.
